Omora is designed and built by Philip Seacrest, an independent software developer in Munich, Germany. It is a one-person product: the same person who writes the app answers the support inbox. The legal identity behind the service is published in the legal notice (Impressum), and the App Store listing is published under the same name on the Apple developer page.
Omora keeps proof of the things you buy. You scan or forward a receipt, and the app keeps the purchase date, the warranty and your statutory consumer rights visible for each product — then helps you gather claim-ready proof when something breaks. It has been on the App Store since July 2026, serves Denmark, Germany, Austria and Ireland, and speaks six languages (English, German, Danish, Spanish, Norwegian, Swedish). The free plan stores up to 10 products; Omora Plus adds cloud sync, unlimited products and claim packs.
Omora shows deadlines that matter — how long your statutory rights run, when the burden of proof shifts, when a claim window closes. Those numbers are not copied from blogs. Every jurisdiction rule in the app and on this site is checked against the primary legal source for that market:
The same sources are linked from the guides and the FAQ, so you can always read the law behind a deadline yourself.
Omora is built privacy-first: receipts are recognised on your device first, there is no advertising tracking, data is encrypted in transit and stored on EU servers (Frankfurt), and GDPR export and account deletion are built into the app. The full details are in the privacy policy.
Questions, corrections, or a deadline you think is wrong? Use the support form — corrections to legal facts are treated as bugs and fixed with the same seriousness.
